Requirements

• For California Applicants: RDA license for 3 years and valid, current RDA license throughout employment in California
• For California Schools: At least 3 years of experience in the dental field and RDA license
• For California Schools: X-Ray, Coronal Polishing, and Pit and Fissure certifications
• For Florida Applicants: EFDA required for Florida based schools, unless the individual graduated from a CODA accredited school
• For Florida Schools: At least 5 years of experience
• For Georgia Applicants: CDA/EDDA/EFDA certificate or 3 years of experience
• For Arizona Applicants: AZ Board-approved certificate in Radiology and 36 months combined related industry and/or teaching experience
