Dental Assistant II, Hospital Dentistry Clinic

Duties / Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for dental and oral surgery appointments.
• Assist in chairside procedures under the supervision of the Dental Supervisor and Dentist.
• Perform sterilization of instruments and maintain strict infection control standards.
• Provide lab and radiology support, including taking impressions and dental imaging.
• Handle clerical tasks such as scheduling, records management, and billing.
• Deliver strong communication and customer service.

Position Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program.
• Dental Radiology Technicians certified by the Delaware Office of Radiation Control.
• One-year previous work-related experience.
• Current BLS certification.

Pay

Hourly Pay Range: $21.03 - $31.54

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
