About the role

Responsibilities
- Assisting dentists during procedures
- Preparing and sterilizing treatment rooms and tools
- Taking X-rays (training available)
- Managing patient records and supporting front-desk tasks
- Sharing post-treatment care instructions and maintaining a clean, safe workspace
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to pass background checks
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification
- Preferred but not required: Bilingual in Spanish and English
