Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and tools
- Take X-rays (training available)
- Update patient records and support front-desk tasks
- Share post-treatment care instructions
- Follow safety and privacy guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to pass background checks
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Preferred (not required): Dental assisting certification and bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
