Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in building our new dental practice, contributing skills and ideas to its development.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to shape our office culture and patient experience.

  • Assist during chairside procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
  • Take digital x-rays, impressions, and perform other necessary diagnostics to aid in treatment planning.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions.
  • Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
  • Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of our practice.
  • Prior experience in the dental field is a plus, but we are also open to training the right individuals.
  • Dental Assistant certification from an accredited program; not required.
  • X-ray certification and familiarity with dental radiography techniques.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining infection control protocols.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Prior experience using dental software systems is a plus, if not we will train.
