Responsibilities

- Assist during chairside procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
- Take digital x-rays, impressions, and perform other necessary diagnostics to aid in treatment planning.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions.
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of our practice.
- Prior experience in the dental field is a plus, but we are also open to training the right individuals.
- Dental Assistant certification from an accredited program; not required.
- X-ray certification and familiarity with dental radiography techniques.
- Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Prior experience using dental software systems is a plus, if not we will train.
