About the Role
You know better than anyone that dental assistants are essential members of a dental office’s team. Your role is both administrative and clinical. Here are a few things you might do:
- Clerical tasks, such as scheduling appointments and updating patient records.
- Preparing patients for exams and surgeries.
- Sterilizing equipment and tools.
- Assisting dentists and hygienists as needed.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid dental assistant license in the state of Texas.
