Benefits 401(k), profit sharing, and paid vacation. Qualifications At least one year of dental assisting experience or completion of a dental assisting training program. A dependable, organized team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during procedures, prepare treatment rooms and instruments, support infection-control procedures, help patients feel at ease, and keep clinical areas organized and stocked.
