About the role
Northwest Kids Dental is growing and seeks a compassionate, energetic Dental Assistant who enjoys creating positive experiences for children and their families.
Responsibilities
- Aid dentists during treatment procedures
- Perform coronal polishing and sealants according to certification requirements
- Take dental radiographs
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Help children feel comfortable and confident during their visit
- Educate patients and caregivers on oral health
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Support a positive and efficient patient experience
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
- Current Texas X-Ray Certification
- Coronal Polishing Certification
- Sealant Certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Pediatric dental experience preferred
- Experience with Denticon preferred
- Two years of dental assisting experience preferred
- Ortho experience preferred
