United Dental Corporation is seeking a Dental Assistant to join their growing team in the Huntington area. They are looking for a dependable, patient-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Aid the dentist during various treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and instruments
- Sterilize and maintain clinical equipment
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with state regulations
- Support patient flow and provider efficiency
- Provide education on post-operative and oral hygiene instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
- Provide an outstanding patient experience from check-in to check-out
Requirements
- Active Dental Assistant Certification or Registration
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Dental radiology certification (if required by state)
- Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Preferred: EFDA Certification (where applicable), Coronal Polishing Certification, Sealant Certification, Experience with digital radiography, Experience with dental software and electronic health records, Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments, Bilingual skills (if applicable to market)

Compensation range: $20 - 25 per hour
