About the role

Cieplak Dental Excellence is now hiring a Full Time Dental Assistant in La Plata, MD. The position involves working at a community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business, and operations professionals.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selects and sets up instrumentation, equipment, and other dental materials as needed
• Maintains accurate patient records
• Labs tasks as instructed
• Provides post-operative care instructions
• Maintains clean and stocked operatories
• Implements dental procedures as directed by dentists

Requirements

• Active Maryland dental assistant radiology license required, plus preferably EFDA or Certified Dental Assistant
• Must be familiar with Implant placement and restoration, Endo and Oral Surgery
• Two or more years of dental assisting clinical experience required
• Familiarity with Scanner a plus
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations

Pay

$25 - $27 Hourly dependent upon experience

Schedule

Tuesday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch
