Christina Rudman Family and Cosmetic Dentistry of Clearwater is growing and adding to the team an experienced Dental Assistant in Clearwater, Florida!

This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Dental Assistant to have flexibility in their schedule to work with the practice 1 day a week and offer work life balance.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients
• Prepares patients for treatments or checkups ensuring comfort
• Selects and sets up instrumentation, equipment and other dental materials as needed
• Ensures accurate patient records are maintained
• Performs lab tasks as instructed
• Provides post-operative care instructions
• Maintains clean and stocked operatories

Requirements

• Florida EFDA Certificate Required
• 3 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience required, including experience with cosmetic dentistry
• Experience with X-rays and making temporary crowns
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
