Dental Assistant

About the role

Titan Dental is searching for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our small, welcoming dental office in Franklin, TN. You will work alongside a single doctor in a patient-focused environment, building relationships with patients and expanding your clinical skills in both general and implant dentistry.

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 7:40 am – 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:40 am – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Assist the Dentists chairside
• Welcome patients and prepare them for treatments or checkups, ensuring comfort
• Select and set up instrumentation, equipment, and other dental materials as needed
• Perform instrument sterilization according to regulations
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Complete lab tasks as instructed
• Provide post-operative care instructions
• Maintain clean and stocked operatories

Requirements

• Active Tennessee dental assistant license
• Dental Assistant training/school certification
• 2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
• Understanding of health & safety regulations
• Experience with digital software
• Excellent interpersonal skills
