About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms
- Take X-rays (training available)
- Record patient information and maintain a clean workspace
- Support front-desk tasks such as check-in and scheduling
- Share post-treatment care instructions
- Follow safety and confidentiality guidelines (OSHA and HIPAA)
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to follow safety protocols
- Background check, valid driver’s license, and work authorization in the U.S.
- Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification and bilingual skills (Spanish/English)
