Dental Assistant

About the role

Looking for a full-time dental hygienist with an interest in providing an exceptional standard of care to our patient base in our state of the art dental practice in Endwell, NY. Hygienist must be NYS licensed, PA licensed a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive oral health care services to patients
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Perform dental hygiene procedures such as scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
• Document patient visits and treatment plans in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with dentists and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Requirements

• NYS licensed dental hygienist
• PA licensed (preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from an accredited program
• Current registration as a dental hygienist in New York State
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
