Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Taking high quality diagnostic X-rays
• Aiding the dentist and/or hygienist during procedures
• Properly sterilizing and setting up operatories
• Educating patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
• Periodontal Charting and Notating patient records
• Entering diagnosed treatment to patients chart
• Organizing treatment priorities based off Doctors diagnosis
• Organizing and restocking dental supplies
• Checking in and Checking out scheduled patients
• Making financial arrangements for treatment through 3rd party financing companies
• Collecting payments
• Making outbound calls to schedules patients as needed
• Verifying insurance as needed
• Auditing and preparing charts for the next days appointments

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a dental office required.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Strong Organizational Skills

• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and sparkling personality

Pay

Competitive pay of $17-25 per hour based on experience, with bonuses available based on performance.
