About the role
PCHC’s Dental Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team. You’ll work side-by-side with skilled providers, delivering exceptional care while helping improve the patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during dental procedures
- Prepare patients for treatment
- Administer local anesthesia
- Manage dental instruments and equipment
- Record patient information and medical history
- Perform routine dental hygiene tasks
- Ensure sterilization and sanitation of dental instruments
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Support the overall patient experience
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience as a Dental Assistant
- Graduate of an accredited Dental Assistant program or completion of a DA prep course/certificate preferred
- Radiology license required, or must obtain within 6 months of employment
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills

Pay
- $20-$25 per hour
Schedule
- Part-Time (37 hours/week)
- Monday-Thursday, 7:15am-5:15pm
- Fridays + Weekends OFF
