About the Role

We manage multiple growing state-of-the-art dental and specialist practices in the Colorado Springs and Denver areas with continued growth plans throughout the state. We take pride in delivering a positive customer experience, with customer satisfaction scores consistently exceeding 9.5 out of 10 across all dimensions. Our practices feature both general dentists and specialists onsite at all locations.

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in our Peak Patient Experience by focusing on optimal treatment while making patients feel valued as individuals.
  • Build relationships with both new and regular patients to foster trust and personalized care.
  • Promote dentistry by communicating treatment plans recommended by the doctor and explaining procedures when patients have questions.
  • Seat patients at the start of appointments and direct those considering extensive treatment to the Team Leader for financial arrangements.
  • Maximize daily production by ensuring all possible work on the treatment plan is completed.
  • Monitor operatory schedules to keep appointments on time; notify the Team Leader if delays occur so the next patient can be informed.
  • Provide patients with clear instructions on clinical procedures and post-operative care.
  • Clean operatories in accordance with American Dental Association guidelines after each patient, ensuring a positive "view from the chair."

Requirements

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as professional journals, technical manuals, safety rules, and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills to present information effectively to patients and coworkers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to follow and interpret instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form.
  • Proficiency in basic math, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios, and rates.

Work Environment

  • Regular exposure to wet or humid conditions (non-weather related), moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and radiation.
  • Occasional exposure to risk of electrical shock and vibration.
  • Moderate noise levels in the work environment.

Physical Demands

  • Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk, hear, and smell.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 10 pounds.
  • Required vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Completion of state-mandated training courses for certification, licensure, or registration.
  • BLS or CPR Certification.
  • X-Ray Certification.
  • Desirable: Associate degree or one-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay

USD $20.00 - USD $28.00 per hour.
