Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist in providing quality care using modern technology
- Manage patient appointments and maintain a clean, organized office environment
- Communicate effectively with patients and other team members
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, billing, and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- Necessary industry certifications and education
- Outstanding time management and communication skills
- A proactive nature and a strong sense of ownership and integrity
- An interest in building skills and growing long-term with the practice
Qualifications
- Demonstrate knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, technical skills, and equipment
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
