Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist in providing quality care using modern technology
• Part of a team striving to provide the Perfect Patient Experience™
• Support the dentist in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment
• Manage patient records and scheduling
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with patient exams and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols

Requirements

• Necessary industry certifications and education
• Outstanding time management, communication, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, technical skills, and equipment

Qualifications

• Interest in building skills and growing long-term with the practice
• A can-do attitude and proactive nature
• A strong sense of ownership and integrity
