Opportunities to learn, grow, and expand your skills Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off & paid holidays Life insurance Employee perks & discounts What You’ll Do Assist the doctor with procedures and provide 4-handed dentistry Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials Provide a comfortable, positive patient experience Maintain sterilization and infection-control standards Assist with lab work and post-operative instructions Keep rooms organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient Take and develop dental X-rays as permitted by training and certification Maintain accurate and timely patient records Communicate effectively with patients and the dental team Follow office protocols and contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive work environment What We’re Looking For A dependable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and professional patient care Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment Willingness to learn and take direction Previous dental assisting experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply Dental radiology certification preferred, if required by state regulations CPR/BLS certification preferred The Ideal Candidate You’re someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys helping people, and genuinely wants to be part of a team.
