Dental Assistant

About the role

Our Team works closely with our medical and behavioral health providers to ensure comprehensive patient care focusing on physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Responsibilities

• Patient intake and processing
• Chair-side assisting
• Patient education
• Pre- and post-op instruction
• Set-up, clean up, sterilization
• Quality control checks
• Performing radiographic surveys as prescribed by the dentist

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of dental experience
• Current Oregon dental radiology certification and Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Successful relationship management skills involving multidisciplinary teams in a diverse, multicultural environment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish, experience working with marginalized, high-risk, or underserved populations

Bilingual Differential

$0.75 per hour additional compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.

Weekend Differential

This position receives base hourly pay along with an extra $10.00 for each hour worked on Saturdays.
