Responsibilities

• Be the dentist's right hand — assist during all dental procedures with confidence
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images like a pro
• Deliver that MINT-level patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise
• Keep patient records and charts accurate and organized
• Protect patient confidentiality
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines like a boss
• Jump in to support hygienists and your team whenever needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable)
• Radiography certification (if applicable)
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training
• A positive, energetic, "let's get it done" attitude

Preferred Skills

• Open Dental experience
• Experience with Nomad and digital scanning
• Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring
• Killer multitasking and organizational skills
• The drive to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
