Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during all dental procedures with confidence.
• Take high-quality digital X-rays and images.
• Deliver a premium patient experience with care, empathy, and expertise.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and charts.
• Protect patient confidentiality.
• Follow OSHA and Bloodborne Pathogen guidelines.
• Support hygienists and the team as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active State Dental Assisting License (if applicable).
• Radiography certification (if applicable).
• 2+ years of hands-on dental assisting experience.
• Up-to-date with OSHA, HIPAA, and Infection Control training.
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude.

Skills

• Experience with Open Dental, Nomad, and digital scanning (preferred).
• Certifications in Coronal Polishing and Nitrous Oxide monitoring (a plus).
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
