Part-Time Dental Assistant Job Description

Mid America Health (MAH) is seeking a part-time dental assistant to join their OH team. This position works part-time, 20 hours per week, on Mondays and Thursdays from 7:00am to 3:30pm. The position is located at the London Correctional Institution in London, OH. Compensation is competitive, including a base pay of $19 plus per hour and participation in a 401k plan. There are no late nights or weekends required.

Job Duties

• Routine chairside duties including preventive, restorative, extraction, and prosthodontic care
• Very limited endodontics with no orthodontics or crown & bridge required
• Administrative duties, which will be trained in

Qualifications

• 1 year experience and a certificate from an accredited dental assisting program preferred
• A current CPR for Healthcare Providers license
• An Ohio Radiographer License is required
