Schedule

Office works a 4-10 schedule (four 10-hour days per week).

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examination and treatment of patients
• Prepare operatory instruments and patients for dental treatment
• Properly clean and sterilize instruments, operatory, and laboratory as patient flow or procedure dictate
• Assist the front desk staff when necessary, including scheduling patients, answering phones, and using the computer
• Give post-operative instructions to the patient as prescribed by the dentist

Requirements

• Expanded Functions Certificate (required)
• X-ray certification (required)
• CPR Certification (required)
• Nitrous oxide certification (preferred but not required)
• Bilingual (preferred but not required)
