Compensation package starting at $21‑24 per hour based on experience, with additional bonus opportunities.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, no weekends:

• Monday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Tuesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Wednesday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Thursday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Friday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and get them situated in the appropriate treatment room.
• Assist the doctor in providing care to the patient.
• Be knowledgeable of existing and emerging technologies and clinical initiatives that impact the back‑office experience.
• Actively monitor lab materials and supplies.
• Develop a relationship with the patient.
• Follow all OSHA/HIPAA guidelines.
• Clean and sterilize instruments and prepare treatment rooms as needed.
• Take, expose, and mount high‑quality dental radiographs.
• Contribute to the team in achieving business objectives to accomplish goals.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and team.

Qualifications

Required:

• 1+ year of experience working as a Dental Assistant
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred:

• Nitrous Oxide Certification
• Coronal Polishing Certification
• Experience with CAD/CAM Scanning
• Experience assisting with Oral Surgery Procedures
• Experience with Clear Aligners
• Other certifications as required by the state (e.g., Radiology Certification, CPR, Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Registered Dental Assistant in Extended Functions (RDAEF))
