Join a busy, growing dental practice while providing patient focused care daily. TeamstersCare is seeking a dependable, people-oriented Full-Time Dental Assistant to join their established practice serving the union members and their beneficiaries.

Shift/Work Hours
- Fulltime 40-hour workweek, including some evening and alternating Saturdays
Essential Duties
- Provide excellent patient care in preparation for treatments
- Create a welcoming environment for patients
- Manage the patients’ comfort during the exam, including reducing anxiety
- Assist the Dentist during procedures, ensuring they have all appropriate instruments
- Provide patients with post treatment care instructions
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support front desk operations as needed (ie: check-in, scheduling phone support)
- Take x-rays and impressions as requested
- Other duties as assigned by the dentist
Education/Certifications/Licensure
- High School Diploma
- Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
- X-Ray and CPR/AED certification
- 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred, or relevant experience through internships
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with dental software
