Heartland Dental supports more than 3,000 doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia in over 1,800 dental offices. Each office is unique to its community and patients.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the clinical and administrative needs of your assigned doctors
• Collaborating with doctors to ensure smooth operations and patient care
• Managing office workflows and processes
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a dental office setting preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
