About the role

Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms
- Take X-rays
- Record patient information
- Sterilize tools
- Support front-desk tasks
- Maintain safety standards
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, eager to learn, and able to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and work authorization in the U.S.
- Preferred but not required: Dental assisting certification and bilingual ability (Spanish/English)
