The Profile: What We Are Looking For Role We maintain high standards because our doctors, hygienists, and patients rely on flawless sterilization and chairside flow. To excel in this dual-impact role, you must bring: Ownership Mentality: You take 100% accountability for the safety and readiness of our instruments and operatories-never cutting corners on infection control or room prep.Sterilization & Clinical Knowledge: A demonstrated knowledge of infection control, OSHA/CDC guidelines, instrument processing, and dental terminology.CSR Room Mastery: Deep understanding of instrument scrubbing, ultrasonic cleaning, cassette packing, autoclave operation/monitoring, and maintaining biological indicator logs.Chairside Assisting Capability: Ability to step chairside for four-handed dentistry, operatory setup, teardown, and patient prep whenever clinical demand shifts.Obsessive Attention to Detail: Precise organization of tray setups, inventory tracking, sterilization logging, and maintaining pristine, compliant clinical spaces.Productivity Mindset: You naturally spot bottleneck areas on the clinical floor and jump in proactively to keep instruments moving through the sterilization cycle and operatories turned over fast.Licensure & Credentials: Active Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license required (Nitrous/Radiology certifications required before hire).
