Dental Assistant

We are seeking Dental Assistants to partner with us in providing dental exams, treatment, and X‑rays to Military Service members. Our services support the medical and dental readiness of the following reserve components: U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, U.S. Navy Reserve, U.S. Marine Forces Reserve, U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
• Perform digital X‑rays (both bite‑wing and panoramic).
• Sterilize instruments and maintain infection‑control standards.

Requirements

• Active Dental Assistant certification in the state (CDA, RDA, EDDA, or EFDA).
• Active radiology certification.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Comfortable with 4‑handed chair‑side assisting.
• Experience with sterilization procedures.
• Experience with basic administrative functions.
• Experience working with military personnel – preferred.
• Proficiency with computer programs.
• Weekend availability.

Schedule

Primarily weekends, with occasional weekdays on an as‑needed basis in the State of Rhode Island.

Pay

$20 per hour plus travel pay.
