Dental Assistant

We’re looking for a Dental Assistant in Mequon, WI to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and assist dentists during procedures.
• Welcome, comfort, and educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Take and develop X-rays, assist with impressions, and maintain study models.
• Ensure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow workplace regulations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including scheduling and patient intake (if needed).
• Help dentist manage dental and medical emergencies by maintaining CPR certification, emergency drug and oxygen supply, and emergency telephone directory.

Requirements

• One year or more of on-the-job experience (with supporting documentation).
• X-Ray certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and infection control training as required by law.

Pay

Competitive hourly pay: $23.00–$24.00.

Schedule

Full-time: Monday through Thursday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM–1:00 PM.
