Dental Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Pediatric Dental Assistant who loves working with children and is passionate about helping them develop healthy dental habits. This position offers a supportive and team-oriented environment where you can make a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during dental procedures
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with patient care
• Administer local anesthesia and monitor patient responses
• Handle dental instruments and supplies
• Document patient information accurately
• Communicate with patients and their families to ensure they understand their dental care plan
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records

Requirements

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Orthodontist Assistant state certification (nitrous oxide, dental radiology, EFDA/EDDA)
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of orthodontic assisting experience

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Mon-Thur: 9:30am-7pm
Tues-Wed-Fri: 8:30am-5:30pm
Sat: 8:15am-2pm
