As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring children develop healthy habits and a lifetime of beautiful smiles! Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is preferred; however, we will support the training and development of an experienced dental assistant. Requirements

• A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent
• Radiography requirements according to state regulations

Qualifications

• Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired
• Pediatric experience preferred

• Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management

• Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multitask and perform job duties in a timely manner
• PC skills with the ability to learn and use new software programs as required
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office preferred
• Experience with fax machines, copy machines, and general office equipment

Working Conditions

• Travel between assigned offices, if needed
• Attend and participate in all office meetings, continuing education events, and morning huddles
