Dental Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team at Williamsburg Dental. Our office is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a welcoming, supportive, and high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid the dentist during various general dentistry procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
• Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide education on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience throughout their visit
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented office culture

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in general dentistry
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Experience with digital X-rays and dental software is a plus
