Dental Assistant
About the role
Chairside assisting across general and surgical procedures — you're the doctor's right hand. Operatory setup, sterilization, and keeping the clinical day moving. Digital x-rays and intraoral imaging (we'll support your certification if you're working toward it). Making patients feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with hygienists, doctors, and the front office as one team.

Where it can go
Strong assistants here grow into Lead Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, or clinical-trainer roles. We promote from within — your next step is real.
What we're looking for
- Warm, steady, and quick on your feet
- Chairside experience helpful; NYS radiology / X-ray certification a plus (we'll help you get there)
- Comfortable with digital workflows and learning new tech fast
- A team player who takes pride in a clean, calm, well-run operatory
- Dental experience preferred — but the right attitude can be trained
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–$27/hour, based on experience and certifications
