Dental Assistant

As a Dental Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our oral surgeons and prosthodontists during life-changing dental implant procedures while growing your career in a positive, patient-centered environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide chairside assistance to oral surgeons and prosthodontists during surgical and implant procedures
• Anticipate clinician needs and maintain a clear, organized treatment area
• Assist with administration and documentation of local anesthesia, nitrous sedation, and IV sedation procedures
• Ensure patient comfort, monitor well-being, and educate them on pre- and post-operative care
• Prepare, sterilize, and set up instruments and surgical trays, following strict infection control protocols
• Take dental x-rays and prepare materials for impressions, as directed
• Assist with medical clearances and patient record management
• Support office operations by scheduling, greeting patients, and managing supplies when needed
• Collaborate closely with the surgical and prosthetic teams to ensure seamless patient care

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Surgical Dental Assistant required
• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle surgical instruments with precision
• Self-starter mentality with excellent focus on patient safety and care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care

Pay

• $25.00 - $28.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts required
