About the role

Join ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers as a Prosthodontist Dental Assistant. ClearChoice is dedicated to helping patients regain their health, smiles, and confidence through advanced dental implant procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental procedures, particularly dental implant treatments.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standards.
• Provide chair-side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organized.
• Make patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
• Take dental x-rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imaging.
• Prepare materials for impressions and restorations.
• Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene.
• Auxiliary support for the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and recordkeeping.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff, including oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants to ensure exceptional care.
• Assist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics.

Requirements

• Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements.
• 2+ years of previous experience in a dental assisting role.
• Prior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirable.
• Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precision.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current license to practice dental assisting in your state.
• Experience with dental implants and/or prosthodontics preferred.

• Ability to remain calm and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology.

Pay

$25 - $28 per hour (based on experience and certification).

Schedule

Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts required.
