Job Type: Full-Time Salary: $26 - $28 per hour (based on experience and certification) Why ClearChoice Is The Best Choice For Your Career Competitive hourly compensation based on your experience and certificationFull healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchPaid time off and holidays for work-life balanceMonday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts requiredOngoing training and education through ClearChoice UniversityPathways to leadership and specialized training rolesBe part of a supportive, mission-driven culture focused on patient careEnjoy a collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters What You’ll Do Work directly with the Prosthodontist to assist in advanced dental procedures, particularly dental implant treatmentsPrepare and sterilize instruments and equipment, ensuring strict infection control standardsProvide chair-side assistance during procedures, anticipate the dentist’s needs, and keep the treatment area clear and organizedMake patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visitTake dental x-rays, process radiographs, and assist with radiographic imagingPrepare materials for impressions and restorationsEducate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygieneSupport the prosthetic team with inventory management, lab coordination, and recordkeepingPerform office tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments, receiving patients, maintaining records, and ordering suppliesCollaborate with other clinical staff, including oral surgeons, hygienists, and Patient Education Consultants to ensure exceptional careAssist in specialized areas such as oral surgery, periodontics, and prosthodontics Skills And Experience We’re Looking For Valid certifications that meet applicable state requirements2+ years of previous experience in a dental assisting rolePrior experience with dental implants or prosthodontics is highly desirableStrong manual dexterity and ability to handle dental instruments with precisionAbility to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and patient care skillsComfortable with radiographic equipment and digital dental technology Why Choose ClearChoice?
