About the role

Burg Children’s Dentistry is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join their well-established team. The practice has been serving the community for over a decade and offers a supportive, team-oriented, and family-friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Aid the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
• Take and process dental X-rays in accordance with safety standards
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• Dental Assistant certification or relevant training, preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Experience in a dental setting; pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused demeanor
• Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and safety protocols
