Qualifications

• Core Traits: A naturally positive attitude, an exceptionally strong work ethic, and a genuine love for working with kids!
• Experience: 1 year of clinical dental assisting experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are fully excited to train the right smile superstar!
• Travel: Reliable personal transportation and a total willingness to travel to designated sister offices across our regional footprint as operationally needed.
• Communication: Top-notch communication skills and a friendly, patient-focused approach to easing pediatric dental anxieties.
• Safety & Compliance: This is a safety-sensitive role; successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening is required. We strictly follow all CDC, OSHA, and ADA guidelines to keep our team and patients safe.

Responsibilities

• Pediatric Chairside Assisting: Train to provide high-quality chairside assistance to our pediatric dentists during a variety of clinical procedures.
• Patient Experience: Bring high energy and a comforting presence to every appointment, making dental visits fun, safe, and positive for children and parents.
• Clinic Flow & Safety: Prepare, sterilize, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently while maintaining pristine infection control standards.
• Multi-Site Collaboration: Adapt smoothly to traveling and supporting operations across our local practices, keeping team communication seamless.
