About the role
We are hiring for multiple back office positions at our Mesquite location. This is a great opportunity for career growth with comprehensive training—no prior dental experience is required.
Our training program is taught in a multidisciplinary dental office where trainees receive hands-on training and learn firsthand what it takes to become a dental assistant. Our goal is to provide quality patient care and help patients not only maintain but also enjoy their dental experience.
Responsibilities
- Patient management
- Prepare operatory for dentist
- Take X-rays
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Sterilize instruments
- Assist dentist with procedures
- Maintain a friendly, warm, and clean environment for patients and their families
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Bilingual (preferred)
