Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside Dr. Broc Brimhall (15+ years of expertise in advanced sedation and cosmetics) and Dr. Nicholas Boyce (a leader in complex IV Sedation, Dental Implants, and Bone Grafting).
• Get hands-on exposure to cutting-edge procedures, including Implant dentistry, IV Sedation workflows, Invisalign, and advanced Oral Surgery.
• Welcoming patients back, keeping them comfortable, and providing a reassuring, compassionate presence during their visits.
• Assist our doctors across a wide variety of procedures, from routine family preventive care to high-production restorative and emergency transformations.
• Taking full ownership of digital X-rays, precise room setups, and strict sterilization protocols to keep our 10-op clinic running seamlessly.
• Proactively supporting your fellow assistants, and ensuring smooth patient flow.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program (or equivalent on-the-job training experience).
• Active radiology/X-ray certification is highly preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain it quickly through our team's support.

Qualifications

• You have a coachable spirit, a strong work ethic, and thrive in a busy, high-volume clinical environment.
• Comfort working a dynamic schedule within our Monday through Saturday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM) hours.
