About the role

As our Dental Assistant, you will play a central role in delivering smooth clinical procedures and a comforting patient experience.

• Chairside Assisting: Partner closely with our doctors during a wide variety of restorative and preventive dental procedures.
• Patient Care & Comfort: Seat patients warmly, review health histories, explain treatment steps, and ensure an empathetic, stress-free chairside experience.
• Digital X-Rays & Imaging: Take high-quality dental radiographs accurately and efficiently.
• Operatory Setup & Sterilization: Prepare, sanitize, and break down treatment operatories, maintaining strict infection control protocols.
• Clinical Collaboration: Support inventory management, restock clinical supplies, and maintain seamless communication with the front office team.

Requirements

• Active Dental Assistant (DA) Certification and Arizona Dental Radiography (X-Ray) Certification (Required).
• No prior experience required—we are eager to train! Prior clinical chairside experience is a plus.
• High reliability, friendly demeanor, strong team orientation, and an eagerness to learn.
• Able to work Monday through Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM in Lake Havasu City.
