Our 5-operatory facility provides comprehensive care—from routine family dentistry to advanced restorative work, cosmetic smile makeovers, CEREC digital restorations, and dental implants.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Assist during a full scope of procedures—from general restorations and crowns to cosmetic restorations and implant surgeries.
• Digital Workflows & Diagnostics: Efficiently capture high-quality digital X-rays, digital impressions, and assist with CEREC CAD/CAM setups.
• Patient Rapport & Comfort: Seat patients warmly, explain treatment steps clearly, and put nervous or anxious patients at ease.
• Sterilization & Room Flow: Prepare and sterilize instruments according to strict standards, and turn over exam rooms efficiently to maintain optimal appointment flow.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Dental Assistant Certification (CDA) required.
• Active Arizona X-Ray Certification required.
• Active CPR/BLS Certification required.
• 1+ years of chairside dental assisting experience preferred, but motivated, certified DAs with strong core skills and an eagerness to learn advanced workflows are encouraged to apply.

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $22.00 (depending on experience).
• Monthly Team Performance Bonus potential.
