About the role
Brattleboro Dental Health is seeking an enthusiastic Dental Assistant to join their warm, collaborative team in beautiful Brattleboro, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support during dental procedures while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain equipment for smooth daily operations
- Take and process diagnostic-quality x-rays
- Educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and oral hygiene instructions
- Auxiliary in creating a positive patient experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Current Dental Assistant license or certification required
- Radiology/x-ray and CPR certification required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A positive attitude and genuine commitment to patient care
Qualifications
- Previous dental assisting experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
- Willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team-oriented practice
