CMC is seeking a Dental Assistant to support dental care services in a structured, outpatient clinic in Spokane, WA. This role functions as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. We manage equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and logistics, allowing the care team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Dentist during exams and procedures
- Set up, break down, and maintain portable dental equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Support patient intake and documentation
- Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
- Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team
- Ensure patients feel comfortable, supported and handle administrative tasks
- Represent CMC with professionalism, compassion, and reliability

Requirements
- Dental Assisting experience required (2+ years experience preferred)
- Registered Dental Assistant or EFDA
- Active Radiation Certificate
- Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License
- Able to lift/transport equipment (25-50 lbs)
- Professional, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay
$28-$30 per hour (depending on experience) & mileage reimbursement
Schedule
- Part time, 2-3 days per week (weekdays only)
- Typical hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- No nights
- No weekends
