Responsibilities

  • Update sketches, BOMs, and product information in Centric PLM.
  • Organize and prepare wash samples for review, including documenting wash comments and supporting wash development.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating Miro boards, Visulon boards, and digital assortment boards.
  • Organize and track proto samples throughout the development process.
  • Support seasonal design development by ensuring accurate documentation, sample tracking, and cross-functional communication.
  • Maintain organized product, wash, and sample libraries to support design reviews and key milestones.
  • Participate in proto reviews, fit sessions, wash reviews, and milestone meetings, documenting feedback and managing revisions.
  • Participate in development and post-proto meetings to ensure feedback is clearly documented, communicated, and actioned across teams.
  • Ensure alignment on key calendar milestones and proactively resolve potential delays.
  • Prepare and present compelling design boards and product reviews to design lead and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Apparel Design, with denim and men's experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Fashion Design.
  • Strong understanding of denim construction, garment washes, and wash development.
  • Hands-on experience with Centric PLM (required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Miro.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and vendors.
  • 3D experience a plus.
