Den Manager - Birmingham

About the Role

Greyson is opening a new boutique in Downtown Birmingham, MI, and we're seeking an exceptional Den Manager (Store Manager) to lead the launch and ongoing operations of this premier retail destination. This role is ideal for a leader passionate about luxury retail, community building, and creating memorable client experiences. As Den Manager, you’ll do more than oversee daily operations—you’ll build a team, cultivate relationships, and become an integral part of the Birmingham community. An existing network or local connections in Metro Detroit is a significant plus.

This is an exciting opportunity to grow alongside one of the fastest-growing luxury lifestyle brands and help shape the future of Greyson Retail in one of the Midwest’s most vibrant luxury shopping districts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful opening and ongoing operations of Greyson’s Downtown Birmingham boutique.
• Deliver an elevated, hospitality-driven customer experience that reflects the Greyson brand.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and become a trusted style resource within the community.
• Leverage your local network while developing new relationships to grow Greyson’s presence in Birmingham.
• Create and execute community events, client experiences, and local partnerships that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
• Drive sales performance while fostering a culture centered on service, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure exceptional visual merchandising and operational excellence throughout the boutique.
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Represent Greyson throughout the community as a passionate brand ambassador.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in luxury retail, premium apparel, hospitality, golf, country club, or lifestyle brands.
• Passion for building authentic relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong networking skills and a genuine desire to become part of the local community.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business.
• Experience recruiting, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to drive sales while maintaining operational excellence.
• Proactive, positive approach and confidence to lead by example.
• Existing connections within the Birmingham or Metro Detroit community are highly valued but not required.
