Dementia Caregiver

About the role

All Care Health is seeking caregivers interested in supporting clients living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and other memory-related changes in their own homes. Good memory care begins with patience, consistency, and respect for the person.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, reassurance, and familiar daily routines.
• Assist with personal care, meals, medication reminders, mobility, and safety monitoring.
• Use calm redirection and supportive communication.
• Provide respite for family caregivers.
• Report changes or concerns and support independence whenever safely possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is helpful, but all applicants are considered.
• Family caregiving experience may be relevant.
• Patience, calm communication, observation, reliability, and respect for dignity matter.
• Applicants should be willing to learn and able to follow the client service plan.

Pay

$17.50-$20.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time and full-time opportunities may be available based on client needs.
